My journey to freedom

I’m Audrey. I healed SIBO, chronic constipation, missing periods, hormonal acne, and hair loss—not by cutting out half my diet or relying on endless supplements, but quite literally the opposite.

After eight years and thousands spent on tests and treatments, I only felt worse—exhausted, defeated and trapped in fear, restriction, and self-doubt.

It took hitting rock bottom to realize why I wasn’t healing. It wasn’t because I needed to eat cleaner, detox harder, or try another biohack. I didn’t need to earn my healing — I needed to feel safe enough to receive it. The toxins, birth control, gluten, and seed oils were never the true root causes anyway. The real issue? My nervous system was stuck in survival mode, making healing my body’s last priority.

Healing didn’t happen when I perfected my routines; it happened when I remembered how to listen. When I treated softness as strength, and trust as medicine.
